Phase 4.1: “Reconstruction and electrification of the Dimitrovgrad – Harmanli railway (from km 231 + 560 in the intersection of Yabulkovo – Dimitrovgrad to km 266 + 000 in the interchange between Simeonovgrad and Harmanli), including the stations Dimitrovgrad and Simeonovgrad and all stations and stops between them approximate length of 36 km rail track “;

Phase 4.2: “Reconstruction and electrification of Harmanli – Svilengrad railway (from km 266 + 000 in the interchange Simeonovgrad – Harmanli to km 297 + 750 in Svilengrad – border with the Republic of Turkey) including Harmanli and Svilengrad stations and all stations and stops between with an approximate length of 34 km railway and rehabilitation and electrification of the Svilengrad railway – the Bulgarian border with the Republic of Greece with an approximate length of 4 km “;

Phase 4.3: “Construction of new substations in Simeonovgrad and Svilengrad and extension of the existing substation in Dimitrovgrad”
